• Delivery

Off the shelf reports will be delivered electronically in a PDF file within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the payment. Whereas made-to-order reports will be delivered as per the timelines discussed with the clients. Hard copy of the reports will be provided upon client request with additional service charges.

• Liability

If any of our information, product or service leads to monetary or statuary loss or damage to user in any possible aspect, we do not stand accountable in any possible manner.

• Payment

At insightSLICE we request your approval to process service charges and payments by means of third-party gateways linked to our website www.insightslice.com.

• Warranty

As per the policy we do not offer any kind of warranty or guarantee for our products and services.

• Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our policies refrain us from accepting any cancellation or process refund post the order confirmation and or invoice generation. Having said this, we provide post purchase support in case of any questions related to the reports shared with our clients.

• Trademarks and copyright

All our service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, on and in products and services are proprietary of their respective owners and protected under the trademark and copyright law. Abuse of above-mentioned items in any form or manner possible will be liable to legal action.

An act involving copying or archiving a section or of the content without insightSLICE permission and prior consent would attract necessary legal action. The use of company name/website content/report excerpts for any promotional purpose would also attract legal action. Having said this, insightSLICE permits the printing or downloading of the content for non-commercial cause. For the same, it is mandatory that the copies obligatorily retain copyright notices like the original content.
